I make going out side an everyday goal now.
Something about the fresh air and nature makes me feel at ease.
I encourage you to go outside for at least 30 minuets a day too! There’s not a better way to reduce a stressful mind than to relax, exercise, and feel the warm sun on your skin.
Other than that the affects of going outside are so beneficial to your body, mind, and skin! It’s good for lowering your heart rate, lowering stress, decreasing depression, and so much more!
Going outside is crucial so I encourage you to take part in nature even if it’s simply sitting down in your backyard!
